The site says they are not taking orders via their web site. I suppose you could ring them with an order.

Hi, just wondering whether anyone has bought anything from them within the last couple of months and received it?

I've bought things from them in the past and have received things within 3 weeks and had no problems. However this time i'm starting to get worried. Its been 6 weeks now since i placed the order. I did it online before the message appeared about online orders. I've emailed them and rang alot and i am not getting answers to both. I've spent alot of money with them on this order so i'm really hoping they havent gone bust. :mad:

Hi have you checked to see if your payments have been taken? Maybe your local Citizens advice could help or try trading standards they may be able to track your order. Does the company have any indication on thier postal proceedures for timescales?
