Toothpaste! Just dab a little on the spots and leave it for about 10-20 minutes, then wash it off and they'll have gone right down. It's also good to show which are going down or appearing, if nothing happens on one after about 10 minutes then it should be going down and not developing. You should be able to feel it working as its feels quite cold, it hurts slightly when they eventually burst but its only a very small stinging. It is a lifesaver as Im allergic to clearasil, plus its a rip off. Did a little experiment before too, I think its the flourine that does it so I put some mouthwash over the toothpaste and left it, it made two little ones that had just appeared grow bigger, so it appears to make them come out earlier so now Ive got rid of them before theyve begun.

since i have started eating seven helpings of fruit and veg a day (18 months ago), i have not had a single spot!
i used to get them frequently.
i also find i don't need face packs as my skin glows anyway.
please be aware that many toothpastes contain sodium laurel sulphate, sodium flouride and other chemicals which may cause cancer. you don't have to take my word for it, a net search will reveal reliable sources of information on this.Boyfriend & I have saved £12K in two years, thanks to careful budgeting and keeping a record of what we spend. I've never paid myself this amount of money before - it feels great!0 -

or you could always try applying a modicum of perspective
Percentage of the population who uses toothpaste on a daily basis versus percentage of population who gets diagnosed as suffering from cancer.
It seems that just about every modern food and substance is being condemned by someone as either harmful to the foetus or potentially carcincogenic. Whatever happened to good old fashioned moderation and common sense?0
