Depending on what time i finish work, i'll either be:

spending £10.99 picking up my new trampette from Argos
or £5 taking OH out for a drink.

But have lunch / squash with me at work, so nothing else :) x

OOO this is a difficult one. I need new glasses becuase my contact lenses are no longer comfortable. Not bought glasses in years. I'm guessing £100+.

Not all bad tho, My work gives us a health plan and I can claim back 80% of the cost.

I'm going to see Indy4 tonight, which has cost about £9!! Event cinema etc. I've had a couple of a months in a row where I've spent more than I budgetted, the first month cos I paid for a stag do for a good friend who is getting married, and this month cos I've been a bit lackadaisical. Mind you, in both those months I still managed to save £500 or so. This month needs to be a lean one though so I can get back on track!

Not going to do what I did last month when I got paid, which is go out and spend too much on drink!

Hi kizzy, and everyone :hello: :hello: :hello:

Yet another 'fleeting' visit to the boards today - am working again this afternoon and evening.

Not looking forward to it, but the only good thing is that I will be earning money, rather than spending it.:smiley:

So - a 'tentative' No Spend Day for me today - we have to do the budgetted 'weekly shop' before I start work, but shouldn't overspend as my wife and daughter are away next week, leaving just me my son and the cats. My wife has been very busy, all week, preparing sauces and other meals for the freezer - to make sure we don't die of malnutrition. :rolleyes2 :rolleyes2

So - have a great day everyone - especially if you are lucky enough to have the Bank Holiday weekend off.

*£45 on a filling at the dentist
*£2 on nuts and a banana

    And I will spend:
*£10 (ish) on a curry :) Treat - out of my £2 coins holiday budget cos we were meant to be going away this weekend and now we're not :)

Blimey Freee4, you por thing! Get a lock box!!!!
THat's what I threatened hubby with today- after he tool our last £10 food money to work 'in case he wanted to buy something!!!!!' We had another talk about how spends come out of socializing budget etc.... EVEN I am BORED of saying this now- hence the lock box comment....
Anyway, low spend today- I got 3 bottles of reduced conditioner and a lg. value washing up liquid from tescos- total cost: £2.35- and it came out of tip money too- so didn't need to come out of our budget!
