Well I am off to bed now...had quite a nice day, getting on well with OH and kids have been good fun today. Actually happiest I have felt in some time, despite feeling under the weather its been a good day.

    Surely it cant last....can it?

    Good morning lovely people.

Its not so warm here today and I have loads of washing to dry. We may take the boys to see the new Indiana Jones film at some point over the hols (may wait till Orange Wednesday though).

I am feeling positive today and (dare I say it) may be finally starting to lift from the depression that I have had for quite some time. Some days I honestly didnt feel that I could get any lower but I am really feeling alot better. I know that there isnt a magic want for me but at least I can see life in a positive way again.

I am looking forward to our Holiday and making plans with OH for the future. I am still taking one day at a time and I know I will have bad days to come but I am going to appreciate the good days and recognise them instead of only dwelling on the bad ones.

Want to say thankyou to all of you that have helped me either directly or indirectly you are all :A it has been of great comfort to me to be able to come on here and feel part of a community of kindness.

Plus most of you are nutty so I know I can always have a laugh too:D

    Therapy session over. x

    Morning all!
Had a half decent sleep lastnight and feel loads better for it. Had a couple of mates round with their kids (Single Mums Club, lol) and it was mayhem. Kids aged 5, 4, 3, 2. They have trashed the conservatory (hereby known as the playroom) but had fun. They didn't go to bed until 10! My kids are normally in bed asleep for 7 so you can imagine the state of them-they did manage to sleep in til past 8 which was nice.

Not planning on much today-I have a Virgin order I need to drop off and that's about it. I did mention to XOH about maybe meeting up for Sunday Lunch but not sure he'll want to after my little slip up yesterday, lol!

Oh, and obviously tidy the kids toys up and hover-it looks like chipmunks have moved in!

    Anyone doing anything nice?

    Louise,
Glad you're starting to feel better hunny-it's not an even road, the recovery from depression (speaking from experience) but generally an upward one.

You know we're here for in, in cyber friendship land.
