I had to trawl through 3 pages to find this thread.

Night out has been cancelled so I am going out next week instead...quite pleased as I feel a bit under the weather.

Just been to do Mystery shop and paid some extra off the mortgage at bank. I tried a few pairs of shoes on in Clarks but the assisstant said that if the weather doesnt improve they will probably bu starting their sale soon...I will wait.

Went into TKMax and bought a pilates and yoga set with a ball and 3 bands and DVD for £7 and paid for it with the gift card given to me by my students when I left.

Might don my lycra later and give it a go:rotfl:

Ooh thanks Louise, very useful info there - I was looking at sandals in town today but if there's a possibility of sales I may hang on a little longer, really only want them for my holiday in August. Was also looking at the pilates balls in Argos but that's a good deal in TK Maxx.. although I do have Argos vouchers to spend... hmmmm...

    howdy y'all.

Just finished a £50 stint on AQA. As I'm doing extra hours at work this week (but won't get the money until at least the end of June) I need to do as much as possible on AQA over the bank holiday.

Logged off for now though and am off to see my boy.

The weather has been good here today, stuff is slowly going back into the fab newly decorated bedroom and I'm on the lookout for a good priced, but thick as possible futon mattress.

I bought a futon on ebay but forgot to ask if the owners were smokers......they were......the existing mattress smelled lovely when I picked it up, but after a day or so the smell (I'm guessing febreeze) went and the house STUNK when I came in from work.

Argos do them for £99 but they are quite thin ones. I've found a seller on ebay but he has declined all my offers so far on one I've seen that I like.

I have totally lost patience with AQA now as I have had no less than 5 auto responses saying that they will send an application and test but I have yet to recieve it. I was turned down just before Xmas and havent managed to get another go since.

Mystery shopping is also very thin on the ground at the moment unless you love a certain type of burger, which I dont.

Just ordered a takeaway pizza for 5 of us as DS has a friend staying, bill came to £19 but that was for 3 pizzas a special kebab (OH doesnt eat cheese) a bag of chips and a bottle of cola. We have enough leftover for another meal too.

I am officially off the SW wagon until I go back to work on Tuesday. I will be having a go at my new workout DVD though:o Just have to wait until the lead weight of 3 slices of chicken kiev pizza settles.:rotfl:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Ikea do a nice one for £95 Keren but it is a natural finish so I would think you may need to cover it unless you just want a plain one.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
