    You can always query that late payment. Do you still have supporting evidence, eg bank statement showing the date the DD went out? Although one late payment really shouldn't really affect you too badly. Or you could just wait 7 months until December and then it will just drop off automatically. Callcredit are the third one, but like said previously they aren't used that much. Apparently they market themselves more to consumers who want to check their credit reports. But the majority of lenders use Experian and Equifax.
