thought i'd steal this thread, i'm after a full set of clubs bag etc for £100 if atall possible, happy to have decent 2nd hand but freecycle/gumtree come up with nothing so far....no idea what i'm looking for in a basic set, HELP please!

Have you tried your local car boot? I have picked up an almost brand new set of Wilsons + bag etc for £60.

It is not unusual to get complete "good quality" sets for £30 to £40 which are ideal for a starter set. There are sets much chaeper but tend to be very old clubs and I would avoid these unless you are a collector!
