Lloyds Have Rejected My Loan Proposal - What Now?

Hi There, Thanks In Advance To Those Of You Who Respond.

Cccs Have Responded To An Email I Sent Them Enquiring Whether Lloyds Have Accepted, And They Replied To Say Lloyds Have Rejected Payment Proposal On My Loan Account (been On A Dmp Since March 2007). I Am Feeling Very Edgy, What Will They Do Now? They Sent Me An Expenditure Form To Fill In A Few Weeks Ago, And Have Resent It For Me To Fill In Within 14 Days Or Else Further Action May Be Taken. Cccs Said I Did Not Have To Fill The First Form In As They Send All Relevant Info Required To Lloyds In Regard To My Income / Expenditure.

Gonna Phone Cccs In The Morning, But Would Appreciate It If Anyone Can Shed Any Light On What Happens Next.

Thanks Again In Advance.

  • thanks crafting queen and beanielou. a question for crafting queen, they have sent a form to me to complete in regard to income and expenditure, including employers name, spouses net salary (this is my debt alone and nothing to do with my partner). Did you have to fill these in. CCCS said I didn't have to do the last one regarding my current account (which I assume they have accepted). How do the DCA treat you?, my loan is for a lot, unbeknown to me they have been charging interest since the start of my dmp, so the figure is about £3 - 4 K more than January of last year). Sorry for all the questions. dealingwithit.
