DCA letters for small amounts PLEASE GIVE ME STRENGTH

today i got a DCA letter for £4.63 with a £5 charge added on for a internet service i cancelled and have not used in 3 yrs
i mean OMG the amount, i called them up and told them they can sing for that amout and i would not be paying i didnt own it, she said i will still get letters
.....anyway i am thinking about paying this......out of my copper jar and posting the payment with no stamp on it...let them pay the postage

I understand the concepts of cooking and cleaning
