Asking for Credit Agreement, who and can i?

Hi
I got a capital one credit card about 4/5 years ago. I paid the minimum payment for ages. They then upped the interest and gave me the option to either pay it all up, keep paying minimum, or cancel card and pay minimum until its completly paid off with no interest.
I chose the last one.
I defaulted and it has recently been passed to a DCA. I phoned them and arranged payment of £50 a month.
Im wondering now if it would be worth asking for my credit agreement. Who would i ask (the DCA or Capital One) and how do i go about doing it?
Thanks
