Today I recieved a bill from VM for £22.84 so I called them as I've already pais my broadband bill on 9th May by DD so was wondering why this bill was so high (I don't have a landline) as my TV bill is only £2 due to the deal I got with them.
The guy told me that people have been complaining that they have seperate bills for TV & broadband so they are putting them on the same bill. Fine but he couldn't grasp the fact that I would still be paying 2 bills this month as I paid my broadband on 9th May and this is coming out on 29th of May. It took me over 10 mins to explain to him thatwhile I understood what he was saying it didnt take away the fact I would be paying two bills this month, when I finally got him to understan where I was coming from he said..ah well it's only an inconvinience for this month...so thats ok then!
