Hi,
As above and looking for any help to get a mortgage. I would ideally like an affordable scottish home but do not know how to apply for 1. Who would be best to approach for a mortgage, my own bank, other bank/building society, independant mortgage advisors? I have a good deposit but there are so many suppliers and deals that it is extremely hard to find out the best ones? I'm only looking for a 1 bedroom decent flat but have not set a limit yet depending on what i could get offered.
Any help would be much appreciated.
