Sorry Paul, Have no idea! Kitchen/Dining, Living Room, 2 Beds, Bathroom downstairs. 2 Beds, Bathroom upstairs.
Also, since I started using coal, have discovered all coal is not the same. Bought some bags that burn very poorly, but that's probably for another thread.

I have a pellet stove, new, for sale for about £450. It's called an 'empress'. it's hopper fed, fully automatic but is only a room heater. Very efficient, good enough to heat a very large room. ie not suitable for hot water. mine is stored but another one can be seen working if interested.0
