Newbie to the board, signed up ages ago but never really actively participated, however with the credit crunch and the wife finally coming around that times are hard, i have decided to look around and see how i can improve, so this is not a long first post, what sort of details should i post here for advice? I notice some members do a list of their debts and monthly out goings.
I have printed off my first letter to claim charges back from cap 1, but most are late paymnet charges at only £12, so i dont know if that means I qaulify for a refund.
Anyway let me know what I should post to start the process off.

Hi Rass and welcome :hello:
The experts will be along shortly to help. It's always useful to post an SOA (Statement of Affairs) which details all incomings and all outgoings and then fellow DFWs can advise on where you could cut back to save money.
Good luck.

Hi Rass,
Another welcome! One thing thats easy to forget when you do your SOA is the APR on your debts, the clever guys here will then help you sort out which to pay the most on etc.
Also have a go at a spending diary as well for a few weeks, it'll help you see where all the money goes that 'falls between the cracks'. You can do a paper one or sign-up to spendingdiary.com.
You'll love it here when you get going!0
