Still no cheque from the Metroku Comp

I received a WEM on 31 March advising I was the daily draw winner and that i would receive my cheque within 14 days. I have emailed on numerous occassions only to have received 1 response which advised my cheque would be sent in 14 days.

I have still not received the cheque and when my mum called the number on the email for me today she said the gentleman she spoke to was extremely rude and just said it would be sent at some point.

Any one else had any problems?

Im sure some others have had problems - hopefully they might be around later!!!

It happened to me - i called the number on the WEM and spoke to somebody called Lawrene was very helpful - maybe call again and ask for him?

There was about 3 of us at the time and we all called - we won on 12th march and finally got the cheque last week.

oh great so if you got yours last week and you won on 12th March maybe I will get mine in a couple of weeks as I won on 28 march

That was my birthday! lol

I'd try calling again hun - mine said i'd get it within 28 days, and it took ages!! Lol.

The name on my email was david but he wasn't very helpful - i found the other bloke was i suggested in my other post

Give them a call at least that way you will know its on the way - i got mine last week and the cheque was dated 1st may!

thanks very much for that, yes the name on mine was David T and that is who my mum has spoken to today I believe.

Hopefully it should come through soon. It's my only ever win so I'm really disappointed at the moment

No prob's, he wasn't very helpful when i spoke to him!

Hiya, I won on the 26th March (I think) and haven't received my cheque either. I've emailed a couple of times but no response so rang on Friday. I spoke to David Thompson (who I agree wasn't particularly helpful). He said they'd been a delay and they should be out in the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed!

Thanks molly14. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, I really hope we get them soon as I've promised myself a shopping trip as I always, always pay all my left over wage off my debts so it's the first time in about 18 months I will of had any extra to treat myself with!!!
