1. The competition will close on 1st July 2008 at 6AM.
2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK, except employees of FilmFlex Movies Ltd, Virgin Media Ltd, Warner Bros. International and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to this competition.
3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules. FilmFlex Movies Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules.
4. The prize is a business-class return flight for two adults plus hotel accommodation at a 5* Manhattan hotel for 7 nights, helicopter transport to and from Manhattan, and $1,000 spending money. The winner can choose to travel from 1st July 2008 to 31st March 2009. 24th December- 5th January departures are excluded. All dates are subject to availability, if the chosen dates or advertised locations are not available, we reserve the right to offer alternatives of the same standard. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion have a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation/visas and have valid travel insurance for the duration of the trip. The winner will be responsible for his or her own transport to and from the airport, in the UK.
5. The winner for the competition will be selected at random.
6. The judge’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. FilmFlex Movies Ltd will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.
8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
9. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by FilmFlex Movies.
