Thanks for the code. Just tried using one on my order and it seems they all work on anything. I'm just placing an order of £48 of different items and the code XDHY33 £10 off still seems to go through. Thought I'd just try the others the buggy code also works £20 off for orders over £100.
  • I can't get any of the codes to work for me. Please help..

    Worked fine for me too.
    My total was £123.71 - £20 = £103.71 + £90.82 in points + just over £3 cashback from Rpoints.

How did you get the £90.82 in points? £20 off + £3 from Rpoints I can understand but is there a seperate code to get that massive amount of points?

I bought some medicated wipes and some of the fitness equipment that had extra points with purchase. They've took that offer away now.

  • Guys be careful when you order throu boots.com , they do a credit check before they process your orders. My friend just forwarded this email of his which he received after ordering a stuff with the £20 off coupon

"With regards to the recent order you placed with boots.com, order number S002WW-*******.

I can confirm that we have undertaken a referral with our Reference Agency, Experian.

Unfortunately your referral scored very low with the parameters they check against and we are unable to process the order for you. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    What can you do now?
It may be that the information held by Experian Ltd is incorrect. Should you wish to gain access to the details of this referral then these can be obtained by contacting Experian Ltd at the address below:

That happened to me, I queried it, saying there was no need to do a credit check as I was paying by credit card.

Their response was that it wasn't a credit check, it was an identification check, and experian had identified a problem - despite living in the same house for nearly ten years, being on the electoral register...etc.

This was on a fairly high value order...but similar ones went through with no problem

I registered with Experian and got the details for myself. Could see nothing that would have posed a problem. At the time I thought it was Boot's get-out clause (I'd ordered stuff at the time of their double-promotion glitch).

boots said the same thing to my friend and told him the search will appear on the credit file, but it can be seen only by boots and him. And if a loan company does a search they would not be able see any searches made by boots. seems too complicated. hmmmm
