Hi
not sure if posted in correct place but hey ho!!!
phoned sky last night to cancel my subscription due to the football finishing. been with them a while now. anyway i digress, after listening to the gent at the end of the phone trying to reduce my package, i stood my ground stating that i did not want to pay £21 (basic package) as the channels that are included where of no interest to me really - said i only watched sports and movies. anyway after about 5 ish minutes i said no i would like to cancel, he then said i could have a sky+ upgrade FOC, no installation fee and no monthly charge, in a nut shell FREE SKY PLUS UPGRADE, he also offered me free broadband, which i refused due to not having a BT line.
if any questions please ask
