Spending Diary

Hi

I need to start a list to get a realistic feel for where my money goes each month. I know I can just write it down in a diary but does any one know if there is a PC based tool I can use?

Thinking of something like a spreadsheet I can enter daily amounts for 'cup of coffee', 'food shopping', 'petrol' etc that would then calculate up to monthly total?

Any help appreciated.
