hi new to this but here goes. in 2003 i joined cccs as money got tight after job transfer (forced). just after christmas i was notified by cbs transcom that they now owned my dept from paragon @12,000. confused as when i origanlly started the dept plan it was only 8000. after various letters it transpires the paragon were adding over £100 per month interest. cbs trancom also informed me that they would do the same. on monday this week i received a letter from their solicitor instructing me that they would take me to court for failure to pay. but this is done through cccs just not at the £100 that cbs are insisting on. i only have £69 per month left which goes to cccs. what can i do??????
