Shoosmiths solicitors

I am being pursued y them for a credit card debt that was with Morgan stanley, now with Cabhot(who I have not heard from?).They want me to fill in an income/expenditure form which I'd prefer not to do,as I am self employed and cant gurantee how much I'll earn each month.
Also can I get a CCA off of the or do I hve to pursue Cabhot/Morgan Stanley?
I also have no idea how they have come to the figure they have, and I have tried to contact them via email and letter before and received nothing in reply?
Also could they have a charging order on my house without my knowledge?

The solicitors could be in house solicitors , that is part of a DCA . I would send of a CCA AND NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT REQUEST. Be it via the solicitors .

There is a downloadable budget sheet you can get from National Debtline for income expenditure that is enough for them - make you sure for income you put your guaranteed least as if you are working on a payment plan for them you need to be sure once you commit to paying you can afford it. The budget sheet will work out an offer of paymetn for you too. There are template letters on there as well.

I am assuming her you want to come to an arrangement and know you owe the money - if not ignore me!
