All quiet & sunny on the Lancashire coast, my view is of some of Blackpool's finest guest-houses!

Bunny, I just got the Lidl newsletter for next week & they're selling 5-packs of boys undies for £3.99......surely that is better than second-hand?!

Sorry - I just had an image of a family in stripy pjs and dressing gowns (suspiciously like those in the aquafresh advert...) sitting to breakfast with big harnesses on...

Oh, the ones with the big quiffy hair? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Gemmzie - I'm going to do psychology and sociology (I couldn't decide between the two and I don't want to do one by distance learning either as I know that isn't how I'd learn). Really strange, for 2 at GCSE it's the same price as 1 at AS level but I've wanted to do it for ages. It's also strange knowing I could do it as OU degree but I'd rather start right at the beginning for the fun of it! Yes, I'm a bit 'tapped in the head'.

Lucifa - simplified... the last time I did anything at college he had a bit of a dingaling with another woman and said it was cos I was so detached (I was really depressed and went to work, went to college or sat at home). We split up and reconciled and for the past couple of years I haven't done anything outside the house cos 'I didn't want to give him the opportunity to stray'. Now i'm more aware of the opportunites that are passing me by, hence the big discussion about what we want (he knows if he strays it's over... 'hurt me once, shame on you, hurt me twice, shame on me'. And I'm fed up of not doing things for fear of something else happening; so I'm gonna do it anyway!

I did Psychology at A Level - it's really interesting. Social sciences are where my head belongs too.

:T to Bun on the productive morning. I've managed to erm... get dressed, eat, put some of my clothes away and that's about it :o

Don't let the barstewards grind you down!

If you're not happy he's not getting the best of you and that isn't fair on either of you.

talking about it up front is definitely the way to go. Keep talking, make time for each other (and I know its hard when you're shattered) and take it a day at a time.

    Big hugs.
