my daughter is just about to finish teacher training and want to buy their first house,is there any specialists out there in this field

Teachers' BS? I know they were advertising parental guarantor mortgages for teachers a few months ago.
But it's usually best to search the whole market rather than rely on a "specialist".0 -

Just because they "specialise" does not mean they will get the best deal.

probably need a bit more info. how much deposit? What are earnings and how much do they want.
All lenders as herbie says will look at teachers so it is a case of speaking to an independent broker who preferably will have an option for no broker fees.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
