eyebrow tinting

Have always had very dark eyebrows (nearly black) but am now 60 and one has got a bit moth eaten. Have them shaped occasionally and the beautician yesterday said when I was moaning that she could tint it for a fiver. Best fiver have ever spent it looks totally natural and I can't stop looking in the mirror today! However forgot to ask how long it would last - can anyone enlighten me - a couple of weeks before it starts to go downhill, or will I get longer than that???
Just off for another inspection....

It usually lasts 3-4 weeks and then starts to fade. I don't have my eyebrows done but get my lashes done on a regular basis cos my mate is studying beauty therapy and i am her guinea pig lol x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

You could do it yourself if you had a steady hand - I use Eyelure lash & brow dye kit and it's lasted me for ages (er, years :o )
At least I think it was Eyelure - I just went to check and realised I used the last of it up last month. You get them in Superdrug or Boots though, usually by the nail accessories and products point.

would the homekit be dark enough for nearly black (to me they look black) eyebrows?

Yes, you get varying colours, just like hair dye. I just did a quick search on the Superdrug site and it comes in black (hope this link works):

I do my eyebrows and lashes every month as my brows tend to look a bit sparse. The trick is not to do all the fine hairs at the very top of your brows or you can end up looking a bit crazed (at least I did!), and just mark the main outline.
