Clubcard points not showing? had statement!

Hi
Have been on tesco website a couple of times today and it says its not possible to show me my balance - I had my vouchers etc last week and the new balance was showing right upto yesterday - this happened to anyone else?
I had a wine order delivered with extra 1200 points on Monday night, I checked yesterday and nothing had gone on and today this
It was a voucher I had been sent in my last wine club mailing!
A little concerned as I had sent back 4 vouchers I had been sent in recent mailings complaining that they kept sending me vouchers I could not redeem, either none of my local stores stock the item (and I go to about 6 different stores) items have been discontinued or twice now I had vouchers that could not be redeemed as no bar code yet not e coupons (both had on front could be redeemed online or in store but no store would take them).
Bit worried I am being branded a trouble maker, but why shouldn't I point out to them something thats wrong and a tad unfair?

MIne not showing either, I did redeem 4x250 point h&bs yesterday and a 1000 .com one last night as well...0

Its odd, I did go to tesco this morning and on my receipt the points are showing ok, the amount I expected as well...........maybe website is playing up!Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!0
