balance xfers for credit card

Hi,

I have a Natwest Credit Card, with a debt of £6,800, which I wish to pay back. I pay the minimum at the moment which is £150 per month.

I have reduced my interest rate by half, which will be up for review in July 08. Before my account is to be reviewed, I wanted to know which is the best credit card for a balance transfer, for me. I wish to pay the debt within 2-4 years ? Or would a loan be better ?

This is the only debt as well as an outstanding existing loan, which I pay £300 per month for another a 3.5 years.

Any suggestions would be much appeciated.
