Template letter to creditors? Help!

Hi, Im doing an IVA and have been told to write a letter to all my creditors telling them the situation and sending them a cheque as a token payment.... trouble is i'm not very good at that kind of thing. Does anyone know wheres theres a template letter i can use please? Thanks in advance.
