It isn't long till June - keep searching the websites for deals with other companies so you can ask them to price match. Also I think there is an O2 retention thread on MSE if you do a search.
Also keep checking the O2 own website for special deals. A few months ago a friend got 750 mins and 750 texts for £35 on a special offer, plus free calls to O2 phonesI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Thanks I will deffinitely keep having a search around.
I may even just leave my contract and go PAYG. Might be the way forward?
We shall see.

Is your Mum/most called numbers also on O2? If so you could go O2 Unlimited which is PAYG all you have to do is top up £15 a month to get free unlimited calls and texts to other O2 numbers. http://www.o2.co.uk/mobilestariffs/tariffs/paygo/o2unlimited0

Hi Amy, have you tried loking at any of the Simplicity packages with O2? You keep your own phone, but get a better deal as O2 to O2 calls are free. The 'contract' is only month to month as well. Just a thought!
