Hi there,

I have a secured loan with the above which, however on trying sell my house to avoid repossession there's not enough equity to cover my secured loan, I offered to pay the loan as an unsecured to allow house sale to go through story, wrote BH Finance a letter proposing this, otherwise if repossesed little money come their way.... no reply..all we've had is statments saying we owe them x amount

they have rung my wife in work this morning - she work in an emergency call centre, so she's said not to ring here but we'll ring back. they said they've tried and left messages though we've not had any? she was then told that they will keep ringing and even speak to her manager and jeorpardise her job? surely this is illegal to even threaten this? big mistake they've made is all her calls are recorded for legal reasons?

what should i do here about
1) the nasty phonecall
2) the lack of reply from them.... the house buyers who we had lined up have since dropped £10k off their original offer so we got even less equity to play with...

When was the loan taken out originally?

Was there any PPI with the loan?

How much was the loan for originally?

Original loan taken out about 3-4 years ago, but then we had another loan with them paid off original same time last year for wedding and car..... not sure about PPI - I'll speak to the wife.

Loan last year may have been about 10k?

I'll find out more details and past later..

ps wife spoke to BH at home they were most apologetic and now we will be putting in a formal letter of complaint... now then mohammed...who's job is jeopardy!!??
