Thanks so much for the tip. Is this a new series of Times/Audible free downloads?
I'm a longterm user of Audible and love listening to books on my xdaII as I walk to work. In case it's useful to anyone, it's a very reliable service. It's worth considering a year's subscription (min 10 pounds per month approx for one book - even mammoth reads - and one periodical per month) if you get a player thrown in. I got an ipod shuffle and sold it on ebay.
Raymo, I had trouble registering with timesonline with Firefox but succeeded with ie6. That's probably not your problem though. If you're looking for where to download the book and have been through audible checkout (book costs 0.00), go to the My Library tab at the top of the page.0 -
The link is at the bottom right hand corner of the Times page, without scrolling down, under BOOK DOWNLOAD.
I have a password of HAVISHAM to get Great Expectations - am I early or late for this one?0 -
The link is here:
Collect your password from The Sunday Times on Sunday, September 18, then click here to download another free Dickens classic,

I cannot register at all at the moment due to technical difficulties. Will try again later and see if it's sorted.
