Someone please confirm if the Sun voucher scans at Mr T for £5 off automatically?

was unsure about this - but then today our Tesco have a banner saying they will take Morrisons vouchers subject to conditions, which when I rang were, that you had to spend £30. That fitted in nicely as I also had a Tesco £3 off for a £20 shop plus a 300 pointer for £12 clothes......... nice little saver for a shop which I managed to get to £30.29p and paid far less for.

Rachel, I may have some tokens. I'll check in the morning. have locked up downstairs and oput the alarm off now.

barney thanks for the info. No phone to put sims in, so no go on that one but never mind. (I don't agree with the masts so i don't use a mobile, I am a woman of principle LOL)

Anyhow I used the sun £1 one and put Chelsea to win 2-1 and Drogba first scorer 50 to 1 it was!)
I am sick as a parot. Chelsea dominated the second half and extra time. We so deserved to wion this one, even though we didn't really deserve to beat Liverpool in the semis.
Ah well, there's always next year!

Nudge, copy and pasting is SO easy. Just drag your mouse over the post you want to copy. That'll highlight it. Then right click your mouse and a list will appear. Click copy. Then click your reply button, put your curser in the reply box, right click again and click paste.
if the copy button icon ever doesn't appear, click on edit on your tool bar and copy is there too. HTH, but don't worry, you do a grand job. :D

If you hand the coupon to a SA and s/he scans it, it will come up at £5 right? I'm surprised more people aren't all over this...

Believe me, I am all over this, I have bought a few copies each day.

Yes they will scan at Tesco for a fiver (except Monday's one which was a duff barcode error) but you should really use them in the right weeks and within a transaction of over £30 before coupons, if you want to stay on the right side of Tesco 'coupon police'.

I am keeping mine for the right weeks but I have 'tested' today's one in order to offload the duff barcode 99p one. I handed over a correct-scanning one, got the fiver off (amongst other coupons of course) and then before paying the tiny balance I said, 'oh, silly me, I have given you the wrong week's voucher, here's the right one for this week'. They had already scanned the first one for a fiver so the SA just swapped it after checking the dates.:D

    Hi

Although the barcode is a 99 it does say for morrisons, so I am right in saying that you cannot use these, although I have heard that some people say there tesco are taking them. Have I got this right?

    mrs t

    Not quite right.

Basically, don't use other store's coupons in Tesco EXCEPT for conditional spend vouchers with no product or range specified.

So the Sun vouchers should be OK as they DO fit this description. Unless you have a local Tesco store that likes to turn away business and doesn't understand its own policies (that'll be most of them then... ).

wow!Well done on yesterdays. I won £11 on the free national one but predicting the correct score AND the correct scorer is very hard to do. How much did you win? I put Chelsea 2-1 ( I am not generally an optimist either LMAO) and Drogba first goal. Would have been £51 if I'd been right!

Haven't readthis thread for ages, but used my last MOCs at Tesco today, so was looking to see if I could restock.

Anyway, The Daily Mail coupon for Mills and Boon book, is that only redeemable today or can you send off for them like the DVDs, which my mum's done in the past.

    TIA

Well the scorecast only paid 22/1 so I got £23 , by the way it was actually the favorite as far as scorecasts go with practically any other score /goalscorer paying more.
So i recone that the clever guys who make the odds up got it about right
