When applying for a loan (e.g. a professional studies loan from Natwest), they do a credit check. Can Natwest see how many bank accounts I have and with whom or not ?

Hiya,
As George says, lenders can see pretty much everything. As such, why don't you get a trial from Experian or Equifax to check everything is as it should be before you apply? You can usually get a free trial offer, and if you go via Quidco I believe there is cashback available too.
Btw, there is also a Student Moneysaving board here if you want to chat with some like minded people and get some more specialist advice in the future. You can find it in the drop down menu called "forum jump" in the top right of the window.
