The competition organiser is ASDA Travel and Las Vegas CVA, UK. These Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Prize Tickets Terms & Conditions
1. Entry into the draw is by correctly answering the three competition questions.
2. The prize includes two return economy class flights from London to Las Vegas on Delta Airlines including flight taxes, four nights twin/double accommodation at a Las Vegas Hotel, two tickets to see a Las Vegas show.
3. Open jaws are permitted. No stopovers allowed.
4. The Prize Tickets are only valid for flights on routes operated by Delta Airlines and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Delta Airlines' codeshare partners and have no cash value.
5. The Las Vegas hotel and show will be named upon booking the prize.
6. The winner and nominated companion must travel together.
7. Reservations must be made at least 28 days prior to departure. Seat availability is limited and may not be available on all flights so travel will need to be flexible. Waitlist is not permitted.
8. Travel must be completed by 30th June 2009 (regret no extensions will be permitted).
9. Due to holiday load factors, travel will not be permitted on the following dates: Easter period, Christmas period, Major Public Holidays and 1st July through 31st August 2008. All flights and hotel reservations are subject to availability.
10. Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only. The prize excludes transfers to and from the departure and arrival airports.
11. The Prize Tickets are not transferable to family members or any other named person.
12. The Prize Tickets are for travel in Economy class only and cannot be upgraded to any other class.
13. Accommodation is provided on a Room Only basis. No meals are included.
14. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize offered.
15. Frequent flyer credit does not apply to this transportation.
16. The competition will close at mid night on the 30th June 2008.
17. Las Vegas CVA and Asda Travel will endeavour to draw the winner within 28 days of the close date.
18. The winner is to be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing of the prize.
19. If the winner cannot be located within 28 days of the drawing of the prize, then the runner-up from the draw will be selected as the new winner.
20. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible, due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly, the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
21. The draw is not open to employees, agents, contractors of P&P Associates, Las Vegas CVA, Delta Airlines or ASDA or their families or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
22. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Only one entry may be made per person and is only open to residents of the UK.
23. The Promoter or Asda Travel are not responsible for incorrect e-mail or postal addresses or for problems with entries caused by any factors outside their control.
24. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
25. Las Vegas CVA and Asda Travel (P&P Associates) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any or the prizes.
26. Third party entries into draw will not be accepted.
27. The prize winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own transfers, meals, visa, passport, insurance and any other travel documentation or requirements.
28. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they travel with the relevant travel documentation required for travelling to the USA.
29. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
30. Promoter: ASDA Travel and Las Vegas CVA, UK
31. By claiming and redeeming your prize it will be taken that you agree to the terms and conditions shown and those of Delta Airline’s general terms of Carriage.
32. In event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions or Delta Airlines' Conditions of Carriage by the prize winner or their companion, ASDA Travel reserves the right to withdraw the right to further tickets.
33. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
34. Once the Prize Tickets have been issued ASDA Travel and Las Vegas CVA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Delta Airlines, Las Vegas CVA or ASDA Travel.Al Mac Appreciation Society No. 188
