I got an AIP from Giraffe money approx 2 months ago and I am still waiting for the Valuation to be done.. Just wondered if anyone else had taken up the offer and suffered delays. The offer was 5.24% fixed for 5 yrs with a £999 fee. I did ring the other day and they said they were going to get in touch with the under writers in order to get the valuation done. Whatever that means!
