2. Prize is a Sony 40" hi-def LCD TV and home cinema system for one winner.
3. Closing date is 08/06/2008; all entries must be made by midnight on this date.
4. The winner will be notified by telephone; the prize will be delivered within 28 days of notification.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
7. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
8. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
9. Entrants must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Employees of Play.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
