Sky v Virgin Media

I've just gone the other way because I was sick of Virgin. They kept changing their packages so I lost channels, and they told me that because I'd been a customer for a long time I had to pay more! I've also had lots of problems with the broadband, for instance they just upgraded me without me asking them to, which put my bills up. Their billing is terrible too, for some reason a couple of times they've stopped my direct debit and the first I've known of it is when I'm cut off for not paying. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them for the phone and internet because I don't have a BT line, otherwise I'd change in a shot.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
