Can anyone tell me if there are any other 97% mortgages lenders out there other than Halifax? Thank you

Don't necessarily have to be a rich or non-mortgaged parent to get the First Start Deals offered by Bristol & West or Bank of Ireland, it just has to be a parent who can boost your lending capacity and also provide the additional security that the lender needs
