I absolutely adore Starbucks fruit toast, however it's an occasional treat as it's £1.50 for 2 slices
I was wondering if I could make anything similar in the panny. Has anyone got any ideas on where I could look for a recipe for something like this or has anyone tried this type of bread in the panny? Another one I'd love to copy is the cinnamon swirls.
I have tried to find on line recipes with no success.

From the looks of it, the dough's been enriched with butter and eggs, like chollah, brioche or pannetone - I don't use a BM so can't help there, but maybe someone has a recipe for one of those that can be adapted?2015 comp wins - £370.25

I've not had Starbucks fruit toast but the fruit bread I make in the Panny (from their recipe book) is lovely, it's got two eggs in it and butter (although I only put a bit of butter and then use olive oil instead) as well as mixed spice and cinnamon. I make the same recipe into buns as well.Piglet

I have a BM so would like a receipe I could use in that?
Many thanks.0
