Management of a lump sum

When I retire, I will have the option of taking a lump sum, which is what I intend to do. I am interested in having this managed for me. I have searched for an article or website that provides a comparison of different companies that do this (the likes of JP Morgan, Whitechurch, Hargreaves Lansdown, Barclays, etc.). I have not found anything so far.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

You have any IFA that can do this (obviously better to use an investment specialist IFA). For larger sums you can also look at discretionary fund management which can be arranged directly with firms or you can use an IFA to put you in touch with a manager.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
