Help me find it?

I have a baby with special needs and I need a pushchair that ticks specific boxes.... It needs to be rear facing (this is very important because my baby is fed througha naso-gastric tube so I need to be able to see him at all times, he needs to be facing me), and also I need one that is very lightweight and easy to put up/down because I hope to be able to go out on my own with baby a bit more instead of having to rely on others to help.

I think I have found the ideal one...... in the argos clearance as well! so not only does it tick the boxes but it's a bargain price too!

And now the bad news........ I cannot find a store that stocks it! :(

I live in Birmingham but I would be prepared to travel if necessary.

Can anyone find a store that stocks it? I have typed in all the postcodes and towns I can think of but no luck so far.

I have found it at the Biggleswade extra store, but are you sure it is suitable for your baby as it says it is suitable from 6 months.

Sorry, it's me being a bit misleading calling him a baby. He's actually 16 months old now but because of his downs syndrome, hypotonia, a heart condition and a stroke at birth he doesn't quite sit up unaided yet, but he is almost getting there. He is also only 7kg in weight and to look at him you would think he's about 8 or 9 months so I suppose thats why I call him my baby.

I am going to do a google now to find out where Biggleswade is! ;)

Maybe if you called the store they could transfer it to a nearer one for you - if you explain and offer to pay carriage maybe they will.

I know it is a long way for you to have to travel.

Have you tried kiddicare - they deliver too.

    hope that helps

thank you for your help, my local store are going to try to arrange to get the item transferred for me.

Thank you to everyone on here who has pm'd and posted for their help too.

PS... having spoken to Argos its useful to know that if an item isn't available at your local store but you can find it somewhere else then if you go into the local store they can arrange a 'stock transfer', I didn't know this!
