Good article, I liked it. Wallet workout at the Guardian will be getting a full inbox no doubt, especially since it's getting close to Christmas etc and people are trying to set aside funds for it. Well, I am anyway.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0

Just a quick question - was it obvious that the wallet workout was done by me? I thought it was underplayed somewhat?Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

hmm it is a little tricky to notice but it is below your picture0

I don't think it's at all obvious, particularly as you (the editor?) start off with the whole 'Royal We' thing going on. On the other hand, it would look odd to put your name again!0

All the above agree with my thoughts
i. The picture was not my favourite - i've asked for it to be changed
ii. The What's in your wallet wasn't obviously enough for me, which considering how prescriptive it is, is important
Hopefully both these issues will be changed next week

You seem to have made a pretty big splash, if Patrick Collinson’s piece is anything to go by. As well as the direct reference, the “We need you to be our eyes and ears” part is clearly prompted by this/your forum.
(Maybe the Guardian can do you a photo in the style of that day’s Weekend section.
