Could anyone confirm the code? Thanks0

Not wishing to sound ungrateful but I just gave my phone away.
It runs on batteries and looks cheap and nasty. I wouldn't give it houseroom.
My local charity shop would be insulted by this?
Just my opinion given after I peeled my nose off the ceiling and parked my Rolls:)"Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
Word of warning - I placed two orders over the last week for the toolkit and telephone and both orders arrived with just a ruler and no free gifts and not even a mention of them on the delivery note.
I have had to call up both times and get the gifts sent separately.
Incidentally I haven't found the customer service people at all friendly. The first guy was very surly and sounded like he couldn't be bothered at all. In the end I asked for a supervisor, at which point he suddenly became very helpful.
The woman I spoke to just now tried to blame me, saying that I hadn't entered the gift code on my order. I had to point out that I had the Staples Order History screen in front of me which shows the code and the item.0 -

Definitely NOT a company I would use for my business.
I also understand that they took over Neat Ideas, too."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
