claiming bank charges but no account details?

Hiya
Please can anyone help I am now ready to start claiming back bank and credit card charges from various companies which should total around £4000 I think, if not more
The thing is I don't have any of the account numbers and the companies will have my old address details because I never updated the information with them as there was no need because the accounts had been closed?
