I bought a portable aerial to go with my tv & freeview box in the bedroom, it cost about £10 from Tesco & works really well.

Depends on your area - our signal isn't strong enough for a portable ariel

you need something to pluck the signal out of the air........... whether it is an indoor or an outdoor or a satalite dish

yeah if your in a decent signal area, any indoor aerial should do. i would personally start with a cheap one to see how you get on :D don't waste your money on a amplified one though if your signal is a bit weak, total waste of money, as they will only improve a already good signal
:p When ever i learn something new  it pushes
something old out of my brain
