HI
I posted on here a few months ago as I was having problems with a Car Finance company. Although, I hd written to them countless times advising them that we were having financial difficulties due to myself and my husband being no longer able to work, they continued to pile on Late Payment Charges.
I am now, thanks to a generous relative in a position to pay off the balance of the loan and was wondering whether or not I can reclaim these charges as unfair. They charged me £25 plus interest for late payment.
Is this possible and if so where do I start?
Any advice would be great.

When was the loan taken out?
How much was the loan for?
Did you have any GAP or PPI insurances added to your agreement?
