When the OR informs/writes to creditors question

Hi everyone,
Posted here a couple of days ago about my friend who is hesitating about going bankrupt because she exaggerated her income when applying for a loan 3 years ago. Got lots of good advice and info re this prob and passed it on to her yesterday and she seemed quite reassured and more positive that bankruptcy was the best route for her. However, she has just been on phone with another worry. Now she is stressing that even if the OR doesn't pick up on the inconsistencies between what is written in her loan app and what are in her bank statements from that period that when the OR writes to the creditor something will be picked up then. Does anyone know how detailed ORs are when informing creditors of bankruptcy...or is it just a simple notification that the person is now bankrupt. Final question....can anyone advise me who else to refer her to for further advice re. these kind of issues because I can't think of where she would get confidential advice re this issue. Many thanks in advance for any help/advice you can offer:T
