Hiya I think I have just had one of those Light Buld moment where you look at yourself and think, jesus how did I get in such a mess, I could tell you a whole sob story but thats not going to help so I guess all Im after is some advice of the best way to sort myself out.

I have just worked out the following :-

I have 4 credit cards

HSBC Mastercard - £4,500 OWED and paying interest
Egg - £4.56 CREDIT !!
Capital One - £6,000 OWED and interest free euns out in June
MBNA - £8,000 Owed and intrest runs out this month

I live with parents and earn 30,000 a year (I know what you thinking)

But I really would like to sort this out asap I have already started thinking of ways to save money but any other ideas would be great

I guess balance transfers are the way forward ???

I would BT and with the breathing space try and work out a way of becoming debt free.

If you want some ideas of ways to save it might be an idea to do up a statement of affairs (SOA) and we can see if there are any areas that can be cut/found cheaper.

I think Virgin Money are doing interest free for 15 months on balance transfers, worth looking at.
