I have never seen all 3 in one box, tv/dvd or tv/vhs but definately not all three. I have seen dvd/tv in places like Tesco for under £60.

In my experience, these all in one units, although initially they seem neat & tidy, if one element becomes faulty, the whole unit is effectively trashed.

Better to have the wires/remotes and be able to replace/repair things individually??

Or at least maybe a combi of 2 things and a seperate 3rd?

    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

We have a tv/dvd combi but the DVD packed in just after 12 month warranty expired, so now we can only use it as TV. Would prefer separate units next time.
