I got this last year from same company, works really well, once you get used to using it!
They also sent some vouchers for discounted refill sachets about 2 months later.

Thank you all who post comps and answer questions.
  • Got one of these free when it was first posted. Must have been the most effective way of clearing my sinuses ever - I haven't actually used it yet but I have not had a bad attack since I got it!! Wish I had sent for it years ago!

Just a quick thank you to the OP for this one. My new ENT consultant recommended this product due to previous surgeons stuffing up my nasal surgery. I was horrified by the price of the Starter Kit in Boots (almost £17!) and decided to Google it. This thread comes up third in the list! Ordered the "sample" on Friday, got it today. And it's the exact same kit as retails in the shops, but at only £2.95! Bargain!

This promotion doesn't show up on their website though, so if you want to get the "sample" then use the link provided in this thread.

Incidentally, for anyone reading this, you can currently claim a rebate from NeilMed for the boxes of sachets: http://www.neilmed.com/usa/rebate_uk.php

    Thanks again!
