5.98% now it seems for their 5 year. 5.99% for 10 year.
Not quite such a market leader now?

Yes they have come back into the market today for new customers but the 5 year fixed has been increased from 5.39% last week to 5.98%.
The tracker rates still look decent though.0 -
Back in Feb that 10 yr offset fix at 5.15% was cracking value really wasn't it, just shows you how things changed in a short space of time. I managed to get a 10 yr booked at 5.49% which I think is pretty good as an offset fix, theres a lot to be said for the certainty I decided, plus the flexibility it offers us.0

Yep we "baggsied" the 5.49% too. :j
Got it 4 hours after they pulled it (pulled at 1.30pm that day) with a bit of begging and talk about "how could we get it when we were at work?" and we "saw it that morning" etc
Now paid the reservation fee and have a sense of relief cos our Nationwide deal finishes end of Sept. I've a feeling there won't be anything that good come nearer the time. It was worth us paying the reservation fee to find out anyhow IMHO.0
